Yes we hold public and employee liability insurance.

In the event that rain is forecasted throughout the day, you have the right to cancel your booking without penalty. We understand that weather conditions can significantly impact your plans, and we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate this. Our team actively monitors the weather in the days leading up to your booking and will usually reach out to discuss any concerns or potential changes if poor weather is anticipated. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule due to forecasted rain, please contact us as early as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We’ll contact you the day before your booking with your delivery time. On the day itself, you’ll also be able to track the status of your delivery in real time.

We have a range of hire durations from 2 hours to 48 hours.

Yes, you can cancel your booking provided at least 3 days’ notice is given. Failure to provide 3 days’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Setup usually takes around 15 minutes, though larger inflatables may require a bit more time.

Yes, however, if your new address falls outside our core delivery area, an additional delivery charge may apply.
